Supporters' Draw 2025 Terms and Conditions

- Each ticket entitles the holder to entry into two lotteries (i) a Superdraw on 21st May 2025; and (ii) a separate Constituency Draw on 28th May 2025 (the Draws). There will be a constituency draw for each CDC and ticket holders will be entered into the relevant draw based on the CDC assigned to the ticket by Fianna Fáil.
- Tickets can be purchased (i) in person from Fianna Fáil party members who are engaged in the sale of tickets; (ii) by telephone by calling Head Office on 01-6761551; or (iii) online
- Entry costs €50 per ticket or €500 for a book of twelve tickets. Tickets will be sold from 28th February 2025 at 9:00 am until 21st May 2025 at 5:00 pm.
- The prize fund for the Superdraw will be €29,000 (1st Prize €20,000; 2nd Prize €5,000; 3rd to 10th Prizes €500 each). The prize fund for the Constituency Draws will be €23,500 (comprising 47 prizes of €500 each, with one for each CDC).
- Winning tickets will be drawn by an independent supervisor at Fianna Fáil’s headquarters at 65-66 Mount Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2 on 21st May 2025 and 28th May 2025. The Draws will be publicly live streamed on Fianna Fáil’s Facebook page.
- Fianna Fáil will endeavour to contact all winners of both Draws by telephone within 7 days of the relevant Draw. If the winner cannot be contacted, the seller will be asked to assist in contacting the winner.
- Winners’ names and counties of residence will be published on www.fiannafail.ie and included in the next weekly bulletin after all winners have been contacted. As per the Data Protection Notice below, please contact dpo@fiannafail.ie if you would prefer not to have your name published.
- All proceeds from ticket sales, after the deduction of prizes and fundraising expenses will be used to assist Fianna Fáil with its work in relation to political organisation, activities and election campaigns and applied to Fianna Fáil’s election and fundraising account and to Fianna Fáil constituency accounts.
- Fianna Fáil will endeavour to pay out all prizes by cheque within two weeks from when each winner is successfully contacted. Prizes are non-transferrable.
- The Draws are promoted under a lottery licence granted to Fianna Fáil under s.206 of the Electoral Reform Act 2022 on 31 July 2024. You must be aged at least 18 years and an Irish resident or citizen to purchase tickets for the Draws.
Draw Data Protection Notice
- Fianna Fáil is the data controller of the personal data provided on this ticket stub (including your name, address, contact number, credit/debit card number). This personal data will be used to administer the Draws, including publishing a list of winners (including their names and counties of residence). If you would prefer not to have your name published please contact dpo@fiannafail.ie
- Fianna Fáil will retain your personal data within the EU for the duration of the Draws and for a reasonable period thereafter (including to demonstrate proof of payment).
- Fianna Fáil may communicate with you information about certain events and fundraising events via email and/or text message if you have consented to this. You have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. To do so, please email dpo@fiannafail.ie with the subject “Unsubscribe”.
- This Draw Data Protection Notice supplements Fianna Fáil’s data protection notice available at www.fiannafail.ie/data-protection-notice.
