At its meeting yesterday evening the Fianna Fáil Parliamentary Party unanimously expressed support for and solidarity with its former colleague Pat Carey. The Parliamentary Party welcomed the fact that Pat Carey’s good name has been fully restored and his reputation totally vindicated.
The Parliamentary Party acknowledged the deep upset that was caused to Pat Carey by the unlawful leak of information, and expressed its desire that he would again be a fully active member of Fianna Fáil in the future.
